Small Steps Childcare & Early Learning Center has been a loving, home-away-from-home learning experience since our humble beginning in 2010. Originally a cherished home center, we expanded over the years, officially opening our current location in 2020. Under the dedicated ownership of Tara Lynch, our journey has been one of growth, resilience, and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional childcare services for our community.

Tara, the heart and soul behind Small Steps, embarked on her childcare journey as an infant teacher. With determination and passion, she navigated through various roles, from assistant director to director, gaining valuable experience in every aspect of childcare. When her youngest son arrived, Tara recognized the need for a specialized infant program and opened her own in-home center. The success and demand led to the opening of our first center in 2018 and the second in 2020.
